i had a great one-night stay at radisson blu. the queen room was spacious with a comfy bed and a nice city view. the shower was a good size, and the pool area, including the hot tub, was a perfect way to relax after my long workday. the location made it easy to get to all my business meetings.

The room was spacious and had a stunning view, complemented by a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. However, the hotel doors slammed loudly, waking me up frequently. Although the pool was nice, it could have been larger, and the tables in the room were in need of some repairs. Dining options like grilled seafood were delicious, and the overall experience was enjoyable despite a few hiccups.

the staff was fabulous and super helpful, and the hotel is just a short walk from cloud gate and the chicago cultural center, making it perfect for a weekend of sightseeing and strolls through beautiful parks.

This hotel was just a good match for a weekend breather in Chicago with best value for money ratio. The outdoor pool with dedicated lap lanes was nice but chaotic, with lots of kids around. Avoid the pool during busy times if you want some peace.

The ambiance was relaxing with the jacuzzi area and nice bar. WiFi worked perfectly for my stay. My room had a great view of the city, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend it! 😊

We had a fantastic stay with our kiddo! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Michigan Ave and Millennium Park. The kids loved the pool, and the restaurant had an impressive sushi selection, with a great atmosphere and friendly servers.

My children wanted more activities for them in the hotel, particularly something fun to keep them entertained while we relaxed.

Stylish room layouts with modern touches, especially the King Room with City View providing a great sight of the skyline. Unique hotel architecture adds to the staying experience, making it visually striking.

Had several maintenance hiccups, like the malfunctioning hairdryer and the broken sink stopper that cluttered the experience. Housekeeping left cleaning underwhelming, with hair in the bathroom and dirt stains on the walls, which is a letdown in a place with expectations of high standards. Dining options fell short too, as the late-night bar scene cut off food service unexpectedly while we were ordering, rather disappointing after a long day of travel.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great internet access, a bar/lounge area, and relaxing jacuzzis. On my first stay, the staff even recommended a local taxi. I can't wait to come back for a weekend!

The room had a lovely view and was quite beautiful, which made a great first impression. Easy entrance for Uber pick-up and drop-off was a plus. I enjoyed the delicious food from room service. However, the Wi-Fi was troublesome. It constantly disconnected, especially when trying to stream. On another note, the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working for several days. There were times when our valet didn’t bring the car as quickly as we’d hoped, although they were prompt once we mentioned the wait. Despite these hiccups, the pool areas were nice, both indoor and outdoor. The staff seemed friendly, which helped a lot during our five-night stay. Being so close to Millennium Park and the riverwalk made exploring easy and enjoyable. Overall, these amenities contributed to a pleasant visit, but slower service in a few instances could definitely be improved.
